Władysław Janczys

Władysław Janczys is an experienced manager with extensive practice in the banking industry. He holds a Master's degree in Finance and Banking from the Warsaw School of Economics and a degree in Management from Vilnius Gediminas Technical University. Since 2018, he has served as the CEO and Board Member at Credit Union RATO, where he oversees operations and the institution's development strategy, aiming to obtain a banking license for RATO.

Władysław has a rich professional background, including leadership positions in institutions such as MEDICINOS BANKAS, AB bankas SNORAS, Raiffeisen Bank Polska, AB PAREX Bankas, and Kredyt Bank S.A. His skills encompass team management, the development of credit activities, and collaboration with key corporate clients.

Władysław is also a Board Member of the Vilnius Rotary Club LITUA, where he is actively involved in charitable and community activities.
