Władysław Janczys

Władysław Janczys is an experienced manager with many years of practice in the banking industry. He graduated with a master's degree in finance and banking from the Warsaw School of Economics and management from the Vilnius Gediminas Technical University. Since 2018, he has served as the Administrative Director and Board Member at the RATO Credit Union, where he manages operations and the development strategy of the institution, aiming to obtain a banking license for RATO.

Władysław has extensive professional experience, which includes management positions at institutions such as MEDICINOS BANKAS, AB bankas SNORAS, Raiffeisen Bank Polska, AB PAREX Bankas, and Kredyt Bank S.A. His skills include team management, credit business development, and collaboration with key corporate clients.

Władysław is also a member of the Board of the Vilnius Rotary Club LITUA, where he is involved in charitable and social activities.
