Vice President of the Management Board of Grupa Azoty Polyolefins
A graduate of Rzeszów University of Technology, where he completed studies in the Faculty of Electrical Engineering in the field of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, as well as postgraduate studies at AGH University of Science and Technology in Kraków, specializing in Thermal Energy. He also completed an Executive MBA at the West Pomeranian Business School and postgraduate studies in project management at the University of Szczecin. He is a recognized specialist in Management, broadly understood Technology, Maintenance, Energy, and Production.
He began his professional career in 2001 at Vobis Microcomputers. From 2002 to 2008, he worked at chemical plants belonging to the German concern Evonik AG. Then, from 2008 to 2009, he held the position of Head of the Electrical Division at a Polish company providing professional technological transport systems for the automotive industry (implementing projects in Europe and around the world).
In 2009, he took the position of Production Director at JBU Energetyka ZAK in Kędzierzyn-Koźle. From 2009 to 2014, he served as the Director of the Energy Center at Zakłady Chemiczne Police S.A. within the Grupa Azoty structure, where as part of the flagship AzotyPRO program, he served as the coordinator for energy efficiency at all four locations, i.e., in Police, Puławy, Tarnów, and Kędzierzyn Koźle. Additionally, from 2012 to 2014, he was a member of the supervisory boards of companies providing repair and investment services.
In addition to his professional activities, he was the Vice President of the top-tier sports club Pogoń Szczecin in the 2013/2014 season. In 2015-2016, he served as the President of the Management Board of Grupa Azoty Police Serwis Sp. z o.o. From 2017 to 2020, he worked as the managing director at Partner Serwis Sp. z o.o. in Legnica, providing repair and investment services, mainly for KGHM S.A.
