Dr Szczepan Stempiński

Retired junior police inspector, assistant professor in the Department of Security Studies at the University of Szczecin, author of numerous scientific publications in the field of security of local government units, crisis management and security of mass events. Since 2007, he has held the position of Plenipotentiary of the Mayor of the City of Szczecin for security matters, chairing the Team for the Expansion of the City Monitoring System.
Since 2020, he has held the position of Deputy Chairman of the City Crisis Management Team. He is a permanent representative of the Mayor of the City of Szczecin in the Provincial Team for Security of Mass Events at the West Pomeranian Voivode. As a participant and organiser of numerous scientific conferences, lectures and trainings, he has extensive experience in the field of internal security. In 2012-2014, he was a member of the Club Licensing Committee of the Polish Football Association (PZPN) and currently sits on the Supervisory Board of Pogoń Szczecin SSA.
