Rafał Malujda

Legal adviser and patent attorney, holder of a postgraduate degree in international commercial law and business management from the University of Rostock (LL.M.) and a course in English law from the University of Cambridge. Lead auditor for the ISO/IEC 27001 and 22301 (cybersec) information security management systems. Since 2009, he has been running the MALUJDA.PL Law and Patent Firm in Szczecin, and has also been operating successfully on the German side for the past six years. An expert at the intersection of law, new technologies and information security – he implements the GDPR, KRI, NIS2 and ISO 27001 in public and private organisations, and DORA in financial institutions. He has on numerous occasions secured settlements for his clients with Facebook Inc., resulting in the unblocking of their social media accounts.
