Legal advisor, a member of the team preparing and implementing the new Public Procurement Law of 2019 from the beginning of the work, first within the substantive team, then as Deputy Director of the Department of Economic Regulation Improvement at the Ministry of Development and Technology. He also supervised the preparation and implementation of the State Procurement Policy for the years 2022 - 2025. He participated in the work on many laws and executive acts in the field of economic law, particularly related to Public Procurement Law. From 2019 to 2024, he was a member of the Public Procurement Council, and from 2021 to 2024, he chaired the Committee for Public Procurement Control. He also gained experience working in law firms specializing in economic law, including Public Procurement Law.
