Attorney-at-law, author of legal books. He served as a member of the board of directors from 2009 and as vice-president of the National Securities Depository from 2017 to 2024.Among others, he worked at the Securities and Exchange Commission and the Ministry of the Treasury, where he was undersecretary of state.He has also served on the management and supervisory boards of numerous companies.Since 2017, he has been an arbitrator of the Court of Arbitration. He was awarded the Bronze Cross of Merit for pro publico bono activities.
