Michał Handzlik

Michał Handzlik, Chairman of the Management Board of ARP TFI  

A finance expert and graduate of the Kozminski University, Vanderbilt University and the Warsaw University of Technology, where he completed an Executive MBA programme. He has built his professional career within leading financial institutions, including PKO BP and various commercial banks, whilst also holding managerial positions in companies within the financial services sector.  He specialises in strategic management, financial liquidity and the use of money and capital market instruments. He has experience in setting up and supervising investment funds, as well as in managing investment policy and regulatory reporting. He has participated in capital market projects, including preparations for listings on NewConnect and the Warsaw Stock Exchange (GPW), as well as in the sale of companies to investors.
