With 24 years of experience in the energy sector, I began my career as an engineer at the National Power System Operation Center. Over time, I advanced to executive roles in electricity transmission, international power generation and energy trading companies. I served as the CEO of Lithuanian’s TSO, held a board position at ENTSO-E, and acted as an Expert for the European Commission. I also have a hands-on experience in the successful development of the LitPolLink and NordBalt cross-border electricity interconnections, initiating and starting implementing the strategic project for the synchronization of the Baltic power system with the continental European power grid.
