An experienced leader with over 20 years of experience in managing complex organizational structures in both national and international environments. Specializes in developing and implementing growth strategies, building effective teams, and leading organizational transformations with a strong emphasis on sustainable development, environmental responsibility, and the public interest.

His knowledge and competencies are solidly based in the field of finance, supported by doctoral studies at the Warsaw School of Economics and many years of professional practice. He has also shared his knowledge as a lecturer in finance at the Szczecin School of Management.

Key areas of his expertise include strategic and operational management, organizational change and transformation, financial and budgetary oversight, risk and compliance management, collaboration with public and private sector stakeholders, transparency in managing public funds, management analytics, and executive coaching.
