Experienced leader with over 20 years of experience in managing complex organizational structures in both domestic and international environments. Specializes in developing and implementing growth strategies, building effective teams, and leading organizational transformations with a strong emphasis on sustainable development, environmental responsibility, and the public interest.

His knowledge and skills are firmly grounded in the field of finance, supported by doctoral studies at the Warsaw School of Economics and years of professional practice. He has also shared his expertise as a finance lecturer at the University of Management in Szczecin.

Key areas of his expertise include strategic and operational management, organizational change and transformation, financial and budgetary oversight, risk and compliance management, collaboration with public and private sector stakeholders, transparency in the management of public funds, management analytics, and executive coaching.
