Karolina Pietrzak

A leader and one of the pioneers of offshore wind energy in Poland, with over 14 years’ experience in project development in international markets. A graduate of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Power Engineering and Aeronautics at the Warsaw University of Technology. She has been involved in offshore wind energy since 2012. She has developed offshore wind farm projects in Europe, the United States and Asia. Throughout her international career to date, she has combined technical, business and strategic perspectives, taking responsibility for project development from the early stages, through auction processes and the obtaining of permits, right up to the investment decision stage.
