UNOPS Representative in Poland

Since 2002, associated with the United Nations. From 2002 to 2009, at the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), responsible for international and multilateral cooperation as well as developing programs in Europe and Asia. Worked in many countries implementing development programs and projects based on knowledge transfer from Poland. These included countries such as Iraq, India, Thailand, and Romania. Also worked at the UNDP headquarters in New York and the UNDP Regional Centre for Europe and CIS in Bratislava. From 2009 to 2014, Director of the UN Development Programme (UNDP) Office in Poland. From 2004 to 2021, National Representative and President of the Board of the UN Global Compact Network Poland – UN GCNP (the UN network coordinating cooperation with business, cities, universities, public administration, and NGOs on behalf of the United Nations Global Compact; more: ungc.org.pl). Since 2021, National Representative and Executive Director of UN GCNP. Since 2021, Vice-Chair of the Board of the United Nations Association Poland. Since 2022, Co-Chair of the Sustainable Finance Platform at the Ministry of Finance. Since 2023, Representative of the United Nations Office for Project Services (UNOPS) in Poland.

Lecturer at institutions such as: Central European University, Lviv Catholic University, Warsaw School of Economics, Kozminski University, Collegium Civitas, SWPS – University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Cracow University of Economics, Ignacy Paderewski Institute of Diplomacy at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and the University of Warsaw. Rector's Plenipotentiary for Cooperation with the United Nations at SGH.

From 2003 to 2006, member of the Strategic Group under the Deputy Secretary-General of the UN and the Regional Director of UNDP for Europe and CIS countries. From 2009 to 2012, member of the Strategic Advisory Team of the Prime Minister of Poland. As part of the Prime Minister's Advisory Team, collaborated on the development of the Long-Term National Development Strategy until 2030 and coordinated the Human Capital Development Strategy until 2020. In 2014, member of the Expert Council of the National Centre for Research and Development on Innovation in the economy and social innovations. In 2016, among the members of the innovation team at the Ministry of Development. In 2019, advisor to the Minister of Investment and Development. From 2019 to 2023, expert of the Senate of the Republic of Poland on international affairs, development aid, and climate policy. From 2019 to 2022, advisor to the Minister of Funds and Regional Policy.
