Police junior inspector in retirement. Assistant professor at the Department of Security Studies at the University of Szczecin.

Author of several dozen scientific publications dedicated to the security of local government units, crisis management, and the safety of mass events. Participant and organizer of numerous scientific conferences, lectures, and training sessions in the field of internal security.

Member of the Polish Political Science Association. Since 2007, Plenipotentiary/advisor to the Mayor of Szczecin for security and Chairman of the Team for the development and integration of the city monitoring system in Szczecin, and since 2020, Deputy Chairman of the City Crisis Management Team in Szczecin. Permanent representative of the Mayor of Szczecin in the works of the Voivodeship Team for the Safety of Mass Events under the West Pomeranian Voivode.

From 2012 to 2014, member of the Club License Commission of the Polish Football Association (PZPN), and from 2010 to 2015, delegate of the PZPN. Member of the Supervisory Board of Pogoń Szczecin SSA.
