Dr. hab. Andrzej Madera

Andrzej Józef Madera – lawyer, political scientist, economic activist, habilitated doctor of legal and political sciences. Head of the Department of Economic and Civil Law at the Pedagogical University of Kraków from 2001 to 2022. Expert at the Chancellery of the Prime Minister – Special Services College from 1998 to 2001. Lecturer at the Higher School of Commerce and International Finance from 2004 to 2008.

President of the Management Board of Nafta Polska from 2007 to 2008, President of the Management Board of Naftor from 2008 to 2011, and President of the Management Board of Siarkopol Chemical Works from 2025 to 2026.

President of the Polish Lawyers Association Branch in Warsaw Center from 2005 to 2013. Head of the Department of Law and Administration at the Pedagogical University of Kraków from 2013 to 2016.

Honored for contributions to the National Museum in Kielce. Co-founder and editor-in-chief of the "Eastern Yearbook." Author of numerous textbooks, scripts, monographs, and over one hundred scientific articles published in Poland and abroad.
