Over 40 years of military service, including 14 years abroad in NATO and the USA. He held various managerial, military, and diplomatic positions, including as the Polish Military Representative to NATO and EU Military Committees in Brussels, Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Polish Armed Forces, Defense Attaché, Military, Naval, and Air Attaché in Washington, and many others. He was also a strategic advisor on the Defense Reform Advisory Council under the Minister of Defense of Ukraine. He specializes in issues related to the broadly understood defense of the state, public finance, defense economics, and defense resources, is a strategic planner, an expert on NATO and the EU, and security policy. He has published numerous articles and several books on these topics.
