Over 40 years of military service, including 14 years abroad in NATO and the USA. Held various leadership, military, and diplomatic positions, including as Poland's Military Representative to NATO and EU Military Committees in Brussels, Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Polish Armed Forces, Defense Attaché, Military, Naval, and Air Attaché in Washington, and many others. He was also a strategic advisor on the Advisory Council for Defense Reform under the Minister of Defense of Ukraine. He specializes in issues related to national defense, public finance, defense economics, and defense resources, is a strategic planner, an expert on NATO and EU, and security policy. He has published many articles and several books on these topics.
