Adam Jenkins Bachelor of Arts, Chartered Accountant, Chartered Financial Analyst

Adam Jenkins has over thirty years of professional experience in finance and asset management, gained in companies operating both in Poland and on international markets.     He began his career in London's City at Coopers&Lybrand (now PwC), where he advised private and public companies, governments, and international corporations on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), privatization, and offset projects.    

 

From 1997 to 2011, he led investment teams and managed portfolios of global investment funds for companies such as Nomura Asset Management, UBS Asset Management, Invesco Perpetual, and KBC. He was also the founder and CIO of a hedge fund – Celeste Capital Partners. He specialized in investments in both private and public companies operating in various sectors of the economy across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and South America.

 

From 2011 to 2013, he worked as the Director of the Equity and Balanced Portfolio Management Team at Pioneer Pekao Investment Management SA.    

From 2014 to 2018, he served as an Advisor to the Management Board of Work Service SA regarding capital acquisition and as the President of the Management Board of Work Service International Sp. z o.o. Concurrently, in 2014, he established ProPrimo – a consulting firm specializing in capital acquisition, strategic advisory, and international business partner connections. In February 2016, ProPrimo executed a unique transaction – the first dual-listing of a company listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange on the main board of the London Stock Exchange.    

 

From 2018 to 2019, he served as the President of the Management Board of Pekao TFI SA – the second-largest TFI in Poland by AUM.     From 2019 to 2023, Adam led advisory services in financing and strategic development for technology companies in the energy, environmental protection, medicine, digitization, and artificial intelligence sectors through ProPrimo.    

 

In July 2023, Adam Jenkins took the position of President of the Management Board of the strategic development company Tower Inwestycje, part of the PZU Group, with the goal of creating a leader in the PRS sector, student dormitories, and employee hotels.    

 

Since July 2024, he has been a Member of the Management Board of MS TFI (a subsidiary of the Polish Armaments Group). A key area of his interest is VC investments supporting dynamic companies operating in the field of dual-use (civil and military) technology in Central Europe.
